Melaka, one of the famous historical place in Malaysia. Long time ago, people used to visit Melaka for sightseeing, photographing, but now, I guess most of the people went there for food hunting lol. How about me? For sure were both :D
1st thing I reached Melaka, what did I do? Of course checked-in the hotel, put down the stuff, and rushed to one of the famous Hainanese chicken rice balls restaurant - Hoe Kee Chicken Rice Shop @ Jonker Street.
Didn't take much photos, that time were damn hungry...yummy.....
After the delicious lunch, we just simply hang along the Jonker Street and saw this funny stuff, were they candle holder?
How about these?
We then walked to the back of the Jonker Street, near the river side for photographing, ei..who's that?
HDR at the river side, not to mention it was going to rain...
HDR at the back alley.
Yes bingo, it finally rained. We left no choice but rushed to one of the cendol shop to have durian cendol. My answer is, it sux. Can't remember the name of the shop but it was the 1st corner shop once you step in Jonker Street.
When I was about to finish the cendol, I saw this dragonfly standing steadily on the leaf. Maybe it knew I was photographing it, anyway tx bro ^^
After playing with the dragonfly, the rain has finally stopped. We then walked to the clock tower and had some shots.
Another HDR of the Christ Church ^^
Panning shot of trishaw, seemed like failed again :(
We then walked to the other side of the A Famosa and we spot a old train was parked there, just nice for photographing :D
Weee...whos the lenglui?
This was my most favorite shot of the series ^^
Last shot before headed back to hotel.
Dinner time has come, we decided to aim for satay celup. Before coming to Melaka, I've already done some study of the restautants/food we should target. As for satay celup, we went to this Capitol Satay Celup.
Not to mention this was one of the famous satay celup restaurant too, and guess what? We've been queued for 1 hour++ to get a table zzz. Luckily the food didn't turn me down lol. Oh ya, this was my 1st attempt of satay celup too...yummyyyyy...
So much for you to choose, what's your choice?
TVB celebrities also been here before, don't play play!
One of the only thing I hate about this restaurant was the space, I guessed the restaurant had only 10 tables = ="
After the lovely dinner, instead of hunting food at Jonker Street, we hunted night scene to shoot lol
I also planned for going to this colourful musical fountain at Jalan Kee Ann. But found out it just the colourful water dancing with the Malay music lol.
The whole night was drizzling, damn frustrated, wanna took a photo also troublesome.
We then walked to the other side of road and turned in to Melaka river.
Joleen played with mini Eye On Malaysia wheel lol..
Senget version of mini Eye On Malaysia.
When I said drizzling, I meant it.
Some funny pose :D
Last shot before leaving.
Melaka River.
Lonely Joleen @ the empty street.
We've been exercise walking from hotel to Capitol Satay Celup, then walked to Musical fountain, mini Eye on Malaysia, Melaka River, and A Famosa lol. By the time we reached A famosa, Jonker Street already closed. What it left is a quiet A Famosa. Another tiring night has gone =)
